The diwali celebration is drawing closer as the weeks pass by… and for the past weeks, we have been working round the clock, trying to finish off our on-hand wedding and production assignments before taking off to Mumbai on October 11th (which is today!). This time around, we are not there for another wedding fair, but we are there for a wedding assignment. Though we would not be here to join the diwali celebration with all of the indians out there, but we would like to take this opportunity to give a big shout out “Happy Diwali to all of you” and “Thank You” to all of our couples — both past and present couples — whom we have and are going to work with. It has been great honor to have your friendship as your hospitable has made the entire shooting a lot more easier! And because of that, it is only then we are able to unfold your love stories and produce a wedding video which is uniquely yours in the most natural and simplest way. (Thanks to pauline and sasi for coming out with such great idea and your great story!) More often than not, it is the spontaneous of both groom and bride and their participation that make their video so much fun, touching and meaningful to watch at. Therefore the credit does not go entire to the doodles team, but instead we only work out 50% of the story-telling, and the remaining 50% is from the magic of the couples. Thumbs up to all you couples out there! (Thank you ghanesh and santhia for suggesting the name ‘Red & Line’ which stands for jaRed & emmaLine, which coincidently is the same brand name that we would use for some other product line.
Thank you rashmi and prenav for inviting us to celebrate diwali with you and your families in kuantan. We would love to join the celebration but unfortunately we will still be in mumbai during then. Anyhow, thank you for your invitation and would love to catch up with you both sometime soon.
Once again, to all our indian friends and couples out there, we wish you a Happy Diwali in advance and may you have a nice one!
Stay tuned for our Mumbai updates… as we share our experiences in Mumbai.
