We are fortunate to have shot a lot of cool couples this year, and Mark and Jessica is one of them that we can’t seem to get off our mind. Mark and Jessica had their garden wedding and reception at Equatorial Bangi two months back, and they had the most unique bridal entrance. Well, hardly we could find bride and groom who would forgo the grand ballroom march-in, and just sneaked into the ballroom through the hotel kitchen walkway. But this loving couple would, and it was brilliant. In fact, it was a total “Gotcha!!” and left the guests in awe-spiring! Of course, being the cool and cute couple, it did not just end there.. sit back, relax and prepare for some Jess’ vow. ;)

An intimate wedding it was! It was also our first intimate wedding filming, and boy, when we talked about intimate wedding, we meant 50 guests!! Yeap, John and Larisa had their wedding celebration with their immediate family, relatives and close friends at their very own Binjai Residency Condo.

John, who is a Scottish, wore on a kilt on the wedding day, and so were his Scottish relatives and friends. And his parents flew all the way from Scotland to Malaysia just to be here to attend his big day. Not just John’s parents, even Larisa’s mum flew in from Russia to witness her wedding. Despite an intimate and small wedding, yet the whole function was attentively taken care by their wedding planner, Stephen Foong, every little detail from food to live band.

Both John and Larisa has each given a heartfelt speech in the wedding, and it got so emotional as Larisa could not resist to tear while saying her ‘thank you’ to her mum in their mother language. But what was more surprising was that Larisa’s mum had prepared her speech in English especially for John. Really was touched by their speeches, and both parents from different country and language could blend in so well with one another.

Their joyous moment did not stop just there. The guests continued to enjoy themselves on the reception; and John’s parents even had their feet on the dance floor! They did not just one dance, but two dances! Of course, John and Larisa did have their first dance too. And i must say, this love birds are great dancers.

Alritey, say no more, here is their wedding highlights…
