And when we saw the proposal that says it will take place in Uganda, our jaws dropped wide open! We know instantly that this much rare destination ( home of African mountain gorillas ) would be an epic one to end the year 2017 with, despite the fact we have to spend our Christmas day on a plane and work on Christmas week. This all is worth it because we will be working along with India's best photography team, Shefi, Sephi Bergerson and Sunny from Silk Photos on this wedding, and spending New Year together. Just as the idea of having their wedding in Uganda during the Christmas and New Year's week, Andrew and Rupa get to celebrate the week with their closest families and friends. As Rupa's parents had lived in Uganda before they moved to London, it is their dream to have their daughter's wedding back in the hometown. A Beautiful Destination Wedding in Gubbio, Italy || Celebrating Richard & Kirsty . This summer we are truly blessed to have this great honor to film a beautiful destination wedding of our lovely couple, Richard and Kirsty in the historic town and castle in Italy -- Gubbio. It has been absolute nice to work with our lovely couple, Richard and Kirsty from London. They have chosen Gubbio to host their intimate destination wedding; with a simple civil ceremony that took place at Gubbio City Town Hall and wedding reception was at the beautiful historic castle in Gubbio. Gubbio is a beautiful medieval town located in the central of Italy, surrounded by hills. This little town has took us by surprise. It is a completely different experience as compared to other cities that we have visited in Europe. Despite being an old medieval town that is full of history, it does not lack a charm to bewitch its tourists. Every corner is a photo back drop, even if it means exploring the town by foot, one would not get tired of it. The wedding reception back at the castle was an outdoor country theme affair in a marquee under the sky full of stars. I love how the wedding planner, Fatima has fully utlized the grounds and turned it into a cozy picnic corner and stationed a teepee for kids' playground. As the night kicks in, everyone was soaked into the atmosphere and started to dance bare foot under the sky full of stars. It was such a joyous occasion and great memories for all. .
